I'll never dance with another

Disc 3 of Eureka Seven is finito. I am almost back to where I left off. Oh, I know, I'm gonna regret saying this, but, you Eva fanboys were right about one thing; Eureka, at least, in the flashback sequences, was a lot like Rei. I couldn't have known that when I first saw the show 'cause I hadn't seen Eva yet, but yeah, whilst the Eureka during the present is her own character, her past self, yeah, a little bit like Rei Ayanami. DAMN YOU, GAINAX!

No no, I got nothing on Gainax; they made Gurren Lagaan!

Uh oh. I just realized something. Episode 12 definitely has Evangelion-esque weirdness. Though E7 has yet to develop a case of Evangelion Syndrome, (as in, I can still make sense of E7, while I couldn't make sense of Eva's later epsidoes.) I can see how it was inspired by that 'classic' anime. As in, not just that, but I also found someone who is like an Eva pilot. Look at Anemone. Change her hair from pink to auburn, her eyes from purple to blue, and her complexion from white to biege, but keep her personality the same. Bam, you just constructed Asuka. Oh lord, how I despised Asuka; selfish psychobitch to the max! Anemone seems to be the same. And she has that fat . . . thing as a pet. What is Gulliver, anyways? A ferret? Well, let's just hope Anemone is more fun to watch than Asuka was.

"Hey, wait a second. Why'd you put quotation marks around 'classic' when discussing Eva? I know Eva is not an anime you love, but, you also said it doesn't suck either. But still, why the quotation marks?"

Have you not figured it out by now? Everything Eva does, E7 does better! In fact, anything any action cartoon series does, E7 does better! Are you so blind that you do not realize this!?

Still, disc 4, I'm finally gonna start seeing new content. Whatever will happen to the Gekkostate now.
