Persona 3 update

You can date girls in Persona 3. Yay.

Also, in the game, the Shadows leave Tartarus on days that have a full moon. You can't avoid fighting Shadows on full moon days. The whole point of the game is to prepare yourself and your crew for each and every full moon. Hope you know how to prioritize your schedule. ("Ah man! Instead of staring at that brunette with the glasses all day, I should've been buying better equipment and leveling up! Man, I'm a glutton for punishment . . .)

Also, you can collect Personas, level them up individually, and also "fuse" two or three Personas to make a single stronger one. This aspect sounds a little too much like Pokemon, but thankfully, leveling up Personas doesn't take fucking forever like with Pokemon. ("Okay. I just beat 50 wild Rhydons in a row, and I haven't even gained 1 level yet. WTF!?")

The most amusing aspect of the game is one social bond you can form. You can play an MMORPG (you don't really play it, though.) and hang out with an older woman who, over the internet, speaks entirely in Lamerese. OMGWTFBBQ! Liek, srsly! 0_O This game's pretty hardcore to be incorporating chatroom dialect in the dialogue. Either that, or it's specifically targeted to the internet generation. I'm guessing the latter.

And the best part? All of the characters are likable. All of them thus far. No one is annoying, nor zero-dimensional, nor loathsome. Nice work, Atlus. I'll get back to playing more, now.
