Now observe me speaking in my teenage boy voice.
Hey guys! I recently finished volume 11 of Bleach! Ichigo just doesn't know when to quit! No matter how much he bleeds, he just doesn't seem to wanna die! Man, what's up with him!? And not only that, but remember that part when he fought Renji, and Renji was like, "This won't be like when we fought in Karakura. In fact, when Soul Reapers enter your plane, our powers are suprressed, as to not draw the attention of spiritually aware ryoga. Here in the Soul Society, our powers are not supressed. I am four to five times stronger here!" And Ichigo was like, "Hoh SHIT!" I know I was!
And we learned a little more about Renji, too. In fact, I think he has the hots for Rukia. I mean, why else would he be thinking about her so much? Oh, can't have some punk kid steal her away, can he? So that explains his motive. Heh heh!
And I also bore witness to the founding of the Karakura Superheroes! Which is a sort of Justice League consisting of Ichigo's friends who are still on Earth, and still able to kick Hollow ass! It's so hilarious; the replacement Soul Reaper can't keep up with the likes of Karin, Jinta, Ururu, and their fearless leader Don Kanonji! BWA HA HA HA!
And now, I'm back to my usual voice. Although the Soul Society chapters don't have as much humor as the early chapters set in Karakura, it's still a fun read. Don't bash Bleach if you're only familiar with the anime version. You really should give the manga a try if you have the time.
